The study attempts to explore mental health status of Beijing residents. By using the random cluster sampling 5917 community workers，Self-rated Health Measurement Scale（SRHMS），the 7-item generalized anxiety disorder scale （GAD-7），the depression module of the patient health questionnaire（PHQ-9） were taken in a questionnaire survey among the subjects. Results：Mental health status of community workers in Beijing is not so good. More than half of the community workers are with anxiety and depression. Then we analyse influence factors of mental health status of community workers in Beijing. Finally，we offer some suggestions.
