There are 1079 enterprises have obtained the qualification of property management services in Guizhou province by the end of July 2013. Property management areas were nearly 90 million square meters，the number of employees have reached about 50，000，and urban property management coverage rate was 31.29%. At present，the property management industry were faced some problems about industry management and enterprise development based on established works in the next step，such as qualification management，service standards formulating，property services tax policies.
