本文采用纵向比较法和横向比较法相结合的方法，通过分析房地产开发投资、房地产开发建设、房地产交易、房地产开发企业的个数、经营情况、资金来源和资产负债率，全面反映了贵州房地产市场发展态势。分析表明，贵州房地产市场发展平稳、市场潜力较大，但也存在经济增长过度依赖房地产开发投资的潜在风险。
<<The article adopts the longitudinal comparison method and the horizontal comparison method，and fully reflected the development situation of real estate market in Guizhou in view of the analysis of real estate development investment，real estate development and construction，real estate transactions，the number of real estate enterprises，the management situation，the source of funds and asset-liability ratio. Analysis showed that real estate market develop stably，and it has large market potential，but there is potential risk of economic growth which depend excessively on real estate development investment growth
