本文分析了贵州房地产开发投资与经济增长的关系,结果表明,2008年之后,无论是房地产开发投资率还是投资贡献率均快速增加;经济增长是房地产开发投资增长的Granger原因,房地产开发投资不是经济增长的Granger原因。本文最后提出了政策建议及今后的研究方向。
<<The paper analysis the relationship between real estate investment and economy growth in Guizhou province. The result showed that both of investment ration and contribution ration have increased quickly since 2008;GDP was the granger cause of real estate development investment,and real estate development investment was not the Granger cause of GDP. Finally,put forward the policy recommendations and directions of future research.
