The paper analysis the relationship between real estate investment and economy growth in Guizhou province. The result showed that both of investment ration and contribution ration have increased quickly since 2008；GDP was the granger cause of real estate development investment，and real estate development investment was not the Granger cause of GDP. Finally，put forward the policy recommendations and directions of future research.
