According to the questionnaire survey，we considered that the young adult is the main part of smigrant workers in Guiyang，they have low degree of culture，and low income，their main forms of living is leasing，residential area is small，the environment is poor，the facilities are not complete，but faced with the problem of high rents. In order to solve these problems，on the basis of solving the housing problems of rural migrant workers both at home and abroad，this article puts forward some suggestions to improve the living conditions for migrant workers in Guiyang，such as supervision mechanis of migrant workers training，increasing the income of migrant workers；Specification housing rental standard，establishing housing rental information platform；Migrant workers should be brought into the housing safeguard scope.
