Cultural heritage resources are the important foundation of the development of the cultural creative industries，and culture technology is one of the crucial elements about the development of the cultural creative industries in different areas. Wuhan，as a leading city in the economic development of the central region and the hinge of the Yangtze river civilization，occupies piles of cultural resources and powerful strength of culture，science and technology. There is an important significance in the research of construction of the Public Service Platform in “Jingchu” Cultural Heritage digitization. In this dissertation，the writer，analyzes the model of the Public Service Platform from the well-developed foreign countries，in order to get some conclusions from the construction of the Public Service Platform of “Jingchu” Cultural Heritage Digitization.
