From the perspective of the energy exporting countries in the Middle East，the energy security issues mainly include security of production，security of transportation，security of market and security of pricing. These elements of energy security are determined by factors such as geopolitics and domestic politics，strategies of diversification of energy import sources by the major energy importing countries，American shale gas revolution，the health of the world economy，etc.，and face risks to various degrees. Their energy security can be realized only if they intensify cooperation with the energy importing countries，especially the ones in East Asian and South Asia，including China.
