Financial security is a product of financial globalization and an important part of the national security strategy. The Middle East financial reform is a gradual process which has made some achievements. Middle East financial system has become part of the world’s financial system. The International Financial Risk in 2008 had a negative impact on Middle East financial system，so financial security has become a great concern of the policy makers. In the future，Middle East financial system should concerned about their own characteristics，resist financial risks in order to ensure financial security in the global financial system.
