Western sociologists view internet as a production tool in the information age. They believe that new social structure is emerging in the world in consideration of the concept that production tool change productivity，reform the economic foundation and rebuild the society. It is pointed out that the progress of rebuilding society should be rethought by observing the way people use technology in a certain social （economic，political and cultural） environment. In this meaning，observing and studying the behavior of internet use by minors is the basis of observing the building of a new society. Regarding minors as a certain cultural group，this article discuss cyber interaction behavior of new generation grew up in the internet era by confirming the data about their cyber interaction behavior in the survey. This article is based on the statistics of “survey on internet use by minors in China”，mainly the 7^th survey in 2013.
