With the development of internet，especially mobile internet and the number of new media expanding，supervising and managing the internet has been become more difficult. This study intends to find out how to maximum children’s interests in the information age from the perspective of children’s going online. This study combs the mechanism at home and abroad of public scrutiny for internet. It explores the way to make full use of public scrutiny in current situations and comes with suggestions on building pure internet environment which benefits the growth of minors.
