This study is based on the corporate social responsibility system construction theory，summarizes the Canadian corporate social responsibility legal system，focusing on the Canadian government organizations，especially on non-governmental organizations and civil organizations to promote the advanced practice corporate social responsibility undertaking system construction，summarize the Canadian corporate social responsibility practice and successful experience. The study concluded that the Canadian government and Congress enacted the Protect environment，labor rights and interests of consumers，enterprises，social regulations and policy system，at the same time，play the leading role of non-governmental organizations and non-governmental organizations to promote corporate social responsibility undertaking，and achieved good construction effect.
