The paper sums up the achievements and experience of Fujian women’s economic development from 2011 to 2012 and reveals difficulties and problems faced by Fujian women participating in economic construction. To overcome and solve the difficulties and problems，measures and suggestions are put forward. Besides，the paper analyzes the changes of rural women participating in modern agricultural development. As rural women play an important role in economic construction，it is significant to enhance their employment and entrepreneurship.
