By analyzing the differences between Outline for Women’s Development in Fujian （2011-2020） and Outline for Women’s Development in Fujian （2001-2010），this paper generalizes the new characters of the former. It also describes the overall status，progress and problems of Fujian women’s participation in decision-making and management in the recent three years by the data from Monitoring Report of Outline for Women’s Development in Fujian; analyzes the favorable and unfavorable factors of it according to the data from The Third Chinese Women’s Social Status Investigation in Fujian;puts forward ideas and directions to promote Fujian women’s participation in decision-making and management.
