In recent years，women exchanges have become increasingly frequent between Fujian and Taiwan，and made remarkable achievements. Exchange of scale，level and form have changed a lot，showing the lead，frequent，branding，academic，diversity，emotional，mechanisms and other characteristics，but there are also some problems. Therefore，we should establish a multiple mechanism innovation，form an all-round，wide-ranging development pattern;innovate brand，expand the influence of exchange activities;enhance management and service levels of the Female Taiwanese businessmen，Taiwan female dependents，and cross-strait marriages;strengthen exchanges and cooperation across the Taiwan Strait women/gender research，teaching，and so on，further strengthen women exchanges and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.
