Fujian women’s voluntary service work is now developed by expanding female volunteer team. It is important to improve voluntary service system and social operation mechanism，establish concept of women’s voluntary service，build culture of voluntary service，improve the ability of female volunteers，construct socialized，specialized and standardized system of women’s voluntary service，and promote development of women’s voluntary service work，so as to make voluntary service sustainable.
