Learning from the theory of cultural geography，cultural sociology，the paper is to creatively build a measure model of spatiotemporal integration of urban and rural culture，after analyzing the pattern of urban and rural culture in time and space in Wuhan city circle，based on the idea of urban and rural cultural development under the background of the new urbanization，centering on the analysis of time sequence and spatiality of the integration of urban and rural cultures. From the county （city） scale，the regional evolution of spatiotemporal cultural integration will be explored during the period of the rapid urbanization （from 1980 to2010） in Wuhan city circle. The result shows that the spatial structure of urban-rural culture temporal integration presents the patchiness in the early years of the opening-up and reform，style of wave during the comprehensive period of it，corridor type during the comprehensive breakthrough of it and network style during the period of building a moderately prosperous society. Government，enterprises，urban and rural communities as well as non-governmental organizations are the four interest stakeholders in the process of the spatiotemporal integration of urban and rural culture，the game between which promotes the reconstruction and the evolution of the integration of urban and rural culture in space and time. The paper proposes four countermeasures to optimize urban-rural culture spatiotemporal integration based on the paths of government to provide security system for integration，companies to develop high-quality products of it，communities in urban and rural areas to establish a sound system of public cultural services for it，NGOs to supervise and urge the scientific operation of it，the purpose of which is to systematically promote the development of building the new urbanization within the integration.
