Under the new condition of economy，Henan needs to further implement the three national strategic plans for maintaining the good posture of its economic and social development. Based on the analysis of the main progress and achievement of the three major national strategies implementation of Henan in recent years，according to the plan objectives and requirements，the research group makes a quantitative evaluation of the effectiveness and progress of the three major national strategies implementation，and also analyzes the main problems. Finally，the research group puts forward the strategic point and suggestions to promote the three major national strategies implementation of Henan.
