The whole service industry developed steadily and orderly，with the growth rate of gross improving steadily，the scale of investment expanding；consumption demand increasing continuously，during the first three quarters. But some problems still exist，such as Value-added of the Service Industry，the small proportion of traditional service industry，the imbalances of the local development etc.. Prospecting the 2015，Henan’s service industry would have a lot of opportunities while facing many challenges. So，we forecast the growth rate of Henan Service Industry will be 9.2%.
