Inequity in income distribution may harm the economic growth，the social stability，and even the national security. Many factors may lead to inequity in income distribution，and it is the highest priority that the government makes effort to solve problems in the income distribution pattern. This paper reviews some policies and events in the field of income distribution pattern from 6 perspectives，namely the legal pattern of standard income distribution，the guarantee pattern from improving low incomes，the management pattern for controlling high incomes，the governing pattern for fighting against corruption，the internal control system for clearing subsidies，and the sunshine pattern of public supervision. Looking into the future，China should change the old pattern of income distribution，and establish a new pattern from such perspectives as market order，regulation order，equity order，transparency order，legal order，etc..
