Since third Plenary Session of 18^th National Congress of CPC，Guangdong Province solidly advances the reform of discipline inspection system，which is an experimental duty given by the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Central Committee of the CPC，positively encourages systemic innovations of anti-corruption from grass-roots concerned with reality，and constantly creates new systemic and mechanic advantages to achieve new progress and results in the attempt to improve party’s style of work，uphold integrity and combat corruption. In Guangdong province，atmosphere of “dare not corrupt” is primarily formed，efficient mechanism of “incapable of corrupt” and “not willing to corrupt” is establishing step by step.
