Talents are quite important for the fast and healthy development of social organizations. After studying current situation of talents of social organizations in Beijing，this article comes up with the following findings：talents of social organizations have developed quickly in recent years；its characteristics include fast growth，high education level，good age structure，rising salary and social welfare. However，many problems also exist such as limited size，unreasonable structure，low level of professionalization，shortage of high-end talents，and lack of Party building. This article holds that to accelerate Beijing’s social development，talent development of social organizations should be attached to great importance，as well as the improvement of social participation mechanism and the formulation of practical policies and measures that accords with the reality.
