加强市属国有企业人才工作,对增强市属国企经济活力具有重大战略意义。为增强市属国企人才发展动力,围绕实现“人才引领、创新驱动、科学发展”目标,市委组织部、市国资委成立了课题组,通过召开座谈会、实地调研等方式,深入了解近五年来市属国企人才发展状况,总结分析了人才工作取得的经验成果和存在的问题,并对增强市属国企人才工作动力机制提出了对策。
<<Strengthening talent management of state-owned enterprises of Beijing is a subject with great and strategic significance to promote their economic vitality. To achieve the goal of “talent-led,innovation-driven,scientific development”,Beijing Municipal Party Committee Organization Department and Beijing SASAC established a research group to look into the current situation of talent management in state-owned enterprises in Beijing in recent five years. By the means of holding seminars,doing field researches,they summarize and analyze problems in talent management,and give policy recommendations for strengthening dynamic mechanism for talent management of state-owned enterprises in Beijing.
