Talent management in the non-public sector is an important part of the Party’s talent work. To strengthen talent management in the non-public sector，this report focuses on the representatives of non-public economy，summarizes talent development in Beijing’s non-public sector，and analyzes the main issues faced by the representatives of non-public economy. Based on the reality of Beijing’s non-public economy，this report further advances recommendations for improving development environment，strengthening education，eliminating institutional barriers，and making use of commercial organizations，to promote talent development in the non-public sector in Beijing.
