非公有制经济领域人才工作是党的人才工作的重要组成部分。为加强非公有制经济领域人才工作,本报告以非公有制经济领域人才的典型代表——非公有制经济代表人士为研究对象,梳理了北京市非公有制经济代表人士企业人才发展状况,分析了北京市非公有制经济代表人士企业人才所面临的主要问题及其原因,并结合北京市非公有制经济发展实际,在优化发展环境、加强教育培养、消除体制性障碍、发挥商会组织作用等方面,提出相应的对策建议,以促进首都非公有制经济企业人才发展。
<<Talent management in the non-public sector is an important part of the Party’s talent work. To strengthen talent management in the non-public sector,this report focuses on the representatives of non-public economy,summarizes talent development in Beijing’s non-public sector,and analyzes the main issues faced by the representatives of non-public economy. Based on the reality of Beijing’s non-public economy,this report further advances recommendations for improving development environment,strengthening education,eliminating institutional barriers,and making use of commercial organizations,to promote talent development in the non-public sector in Beijing.
