Since the reform and opening up，the six provinces in central China launching to stabilize the rural land contract relations，consolidate the household contract responsibility system of the rural economic system reform，bold exploration of rural reform and development of new road，achieved great results，accumulated valuable experience. However，the current countryside is still the weak link between economic and social development of the central region. In developing rural economy，we encountered many new problems and challenges，eg. the need to further deepen the reform，lay a solid foundation for the development of agriculture and rural areas，lay a more solid foundation for the rise of the central region.
