Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group has concentrated its research on clean and efficient quality transformation of low-rank coal and developed other technologies，such as the efficient use of integrated pyrolysis gas，deep processing of pyrolysis tar，reasonable transformation of pyrolysis coke etc.，with the low-middle temperature coal pyrolysis technology as their core. It has also integrated the optimization and allocation of materials and energy in the technical process，which is known as “Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group’s CTL” technology. This report introduces its technical characteristics，provides a demonstration of its process and results，as well as its promotion and application. It also puts forward ideas and policy recommendations for development.
