In recent years，Sino-ROK relationship has developed very quickly and the cooperation between the two countries has witnessed remarkable achievements. However，due to the influence of the alliance of America and South Korea and the traditional Sino-ROK relationship，as well as the difference in political system and conceptions，the problem of the relative lag in communication and cooperation in military field between the two countries still exists. So the Korean scholars believe that China and South Korea should make great efforts，deepen the cooperation and mutual trust in the field of military security，and put up with a series of countermeasures and suggestions to develop the Sino-ROK cooperative relationship in the military field. South Korea actively promote the development of the cooperative relationship in the military field to avoid the head-on confrontation with China when dealing with the regional affairs，to grasp the dominance in the unity of the Korean Peninsula，and to seek support from China when coping with the Japanese Right Deviation and the non-traditional security problems in military security. The measures and suggestions involve that under the guidance of seeking common ground while reserving differences，gradual proliferation，concurrent promotion and international solidarity，the two countries expand consensus and establish common strategic target in the field of maintaining peace and achieve a denuclearized Korean Peninsula，expand the scale and scope and achieve the institutionalization and routinization of staff exchange，develop the mutual visit and joint training. And South Korea should also take the lead in promoting the defense officials talks of South Korea，China and Japan as well as the talks among South Korea，America and China. The two countries are suggested to strengthen the mutual relationship in the international stage，develop bilateral and multilateral relationship and promote the academic exchanges and joint studies in national defense.
