This paper analyzes how ECFA influences South Korea’s export to Chinese mainland in commodity and service trade. Since South Korea shares the same export structure to China with Taiwan area，although its traditional advantaged industries，such as Petrochemistry，steel and motor industries，experienced a little shock in trading with Chinese mainland，the situation is not bad. Negative impact happened on service trade. In order to cope with ECFA，This paper makes suggestions to South Korea’s government on keeping attention on the new development of ECFA，opening cooperative relationship in win-win games with Taiwan’s enterprises，establishing global brands，leading technical innovation，strengthening core competitive and promoting FTA with China.
