Both the Maritime Silk Road and the Silk Road Economic Belt are kinds of China’s strategic arrangement opening to the outside in the new era of China’s economic development. Their aims are to achieve long-term stability and prosperity in both China’s domestic and external environments. Based on transformation of economic relations between China and its neighbors，both silk roads will seek way to build up an economic system of the common growth.
