With the continuous expansion of strength and the scale，high-tech industry and economy of the park in Sichuan province has become the important strength to support the implementation of the “three big development strategy”. But compared to the eastern coastal provinces and cities，there still have big disparity，spatial layout，such as strength and spatial arrangement in high tech Industry Park，and the function orientation and development mode needs to be improved. Therefore，we should seize strategic opportunities，promoting high-tech industry strength，as soon as possible to increase the number of above the Provincial Park，accelerate industrial agglomeration advantages，and enhance the overall level of development，for the realization of “two leaps” make greater contribution.
