With the aging of the population，social economic development in Singapore will face a major crisis. In 2013 Singapore introduced population white paper. With in-depth study on size and structure of family，population，labor force，the white paper puts forward to the core idea of taking family and population as the core of social development，promoting marriage and family planning，modulating foreign labor policy according to the needs of social and economic development. The white paper has the important enlightenment to Chinese big city which already entered the aging of the population development pathway.
