国际大城市自行车运动及文化已经形成广泛认可，在我国自行车运动更多以交通联系为主要目的，自行车文化的发展和推广还相当欠缺。本文借助台北市微笑单车的成功经验了解YouBike的发展、经营管理及面向民众的运行使用情况，进而分析其对国内城市的借鉴和启示。
<<The bicycling sport and culture has been widely recognized in international city. The bicycling is more for transportation than other objective in China city，and the development and promotion of bicycle culture was quite weak. The briefing wants to introduce development，operation management and public service condition of YouBike project in Taipei，and then analyzes reference and inspiration to city of mainland.
