Because of people and logistics，the train station and its surrounding area in city center have been accompanied with chaos. The same problem existed at King’s Cross railway station and its surrounding areas in London. The development plan proposed in 1996，but the construction work started at 2007. London and Camden government had implemented a series of development programs，in particular putting through the cultural continuity and injection plan，now the area around the Kings Cross station is becoming an new attractive area in London，including London central Saint Martins College of Design and Art，Google（Google）UK headquarters and a series of institutions and enterprises settling in the area.
