Adapt to China’s economic development into the new normal development，solve of social contradictions and disputes is the necessary requirement of comprehensively reform and the rule of law. In recent years，Shanghai city has gets many fruitful exploration and practice about the civil mediation of social disputes，among of them，the BaiWanQing has become a household name of grassroots star mediators in the city. With the examples of BaiWanQing studio，the paper review and summarize the method of social disputes by civil，points out the new requirements and challenges，finally put forward some policy Suggestions to improve and enhance the capacity of civil mediation social disputes.
