创新与创意同源,科技创新与文化创意之间具有密切的内在联系。一方面,科技创新为文化创意注入活力与动力;另一方面,文化创意为科技创新提供灵感与空间,两者贯穿融合于文化创意产品从生产到消费的每个阶段。近年来,上海文化创意产业蓬勃发展,在产值增长、行业分类、企业集聚、园区分布、资源条件和政策规划等方面可圈可点。然而,科技全面介入文化创意产业发展的体制机制尚未理顺,文化产业园区发展过度依赖土地租金的问题有待转变。通过对美国硅谷、英国伦敦文化创意工作室和中国台湾文化创意产业发展的比较研究,在开放式创新、中小创意企业集群、全产业链盈利模式、科技文化跨界人才培育以及公共服务体系构建等方面提出若干思考与政策建议。
<<Innovation is homologous with creative while S&T keeps closing connection with culture. On one hand,S&T puts vitality and power into culture and on the other culture gives inspiration and rooms for technology. They merge with each other in the every stage from the production to consumption of any creative goods. Recently,Shanghai creative industry grows rapidly and has made a lot of progress on the value increasing,category classification,enterprise agglomeration,park distribution,policy making and so on so forth. Nevertheless,the mechanism of the merging is far from satisfactory and most creative industry parks still rely on land rent income but not innovation. There are lots of success examples in the world to illustrate the importance and how to promote the merging to exert the effects of S&T having on the creative industry by Silicon Valley,London creative workhouse and Taiwan. It is concluded that such merging between S&T and culture needs more open atmosphere,larger cluster of SME,whole-industry-chain profit model,crossover interdisciplinary talents and public service systems.
