This article argues that，in 2008，the conditions of Chinese public security develop healthily on the basis of sustained stability，with the decline in the number of incidence of crime and recidivism and the incline in the public feeling of security. But the connection between domestic and overseas factors will be more significant while China is integrating into the international world. Impacted by the financial crisis happened in American and the slowdown of international economy growth，lots small and medium-sized enterprises in China were shut down，which resulted in the unemployment of many migrant workers. As economic development is the base of social stability，employment is the basic grantee of people’s livelihood. This article suggests，in the process of economic globalization，it is necessary for us to consider the impact and crash from foreign financial crises as an important point of view to analyze and recognize current conditions of public security and social stability in China.
