In the year of 2008，China’s economy is facing the greatest challenge related to the price decline of the stock and real estate after the Asian financial crisis，which not only damages economy but also imposes significant impacts on the Chinese society. China should pay more attention to social problems caused by asset-price decline，strengthen macro-control，improve Chinese stock market and real estate market，hold the asset-price stabilization，and promote social harmony.
