In recent years,according to the development of industrialization and urbanization,the local government of Hangzhou focused on making migrant workers enjoying a happy life.In order to realize the "Eight Have" aim for migrant workers,a lot of measures have been taken in the following eight aspects:employment,housing,education,social security,safety,social assistance,organization management and legal protection.All these practices positively accelerate the process of migrant workers' citizenization and also have significance for reference to other cities.Based on the practices in Hangzhou,this article classified the main methods and experiences,summarized its major characteristics and point out its further effort direction,so as to improve city development quality and balance the development in rural and urban areas. <<
