New-type rural community construction is the point of coordinating urban and rural development,promoting integrated urban and rural development,speeding up rural development growth.Luohe,a city in Henan Province,has accumulated a wealth of experience in promoting new-type rural community construction.The paper introduced the working mechanism,the policy support system,the community development model,the investment and financing mode of construction funds,the industry support,and other aspects of new-type rural community construction in Luohe.And then Duqu new rural community in Luohe was chosen as a case,capital operation of new-type rural community construction was calculated,and the existing problems were analyzed.That may be useful to the formulation of relevant policies in China. <<
