Sichuan Province has carried out a series of reforms during the 2013-2014 administrative rule of law. In the following eight aspects Sichuan has made innovative exploration，achieved good results and set a good example for the whole nation：deepening the reform of administrative approval system，establishing the government counsel system，implementing administrative power list system，further standardizing administrative enforcement activities，strengthening supervision and administration on normative documents，improving governmental legislation work，resolving administrative disputes pursuant to law，and establishing and improving the working mechanism. 2015 is the year for Sichuan Province to deepen the promotion of governing Province in line law. Based on the spirits of the Decision of the Fourth Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee and the Fourth Plenary Session of the Tenth CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee，and in accordance with the general requirements in the Outline of Governing Sichuan in Line with Law，Sichuan continues to deepen the building of administrative rule of law and provides solid legal guarantees for governance and development of Sichuan and promotion of “Two Leaps”.
