“Sunshine” is the best justice “preservative” and open justice is an important symbol of the rule of law. From 2013 to 2014，open justice in Sichuan has been accelerated. Sichuan courts at all levels have，according to deployment by the High Court of Sichuan，fruitfully promoted the building of “three open platforms”，optimize the function of litigation service centers，improved the self-service capacities of portals，propelled the extension from the courtroom hearings that can only have limited audience and one-way styled to interactive modes such as microblogging and video live；strengthened online disclosure of effective judgment documents，promoted the construction of enforcement information disclosure platform，established online enforcement inspection and control mechanism，tried online auctions，established “dishonest debtor list library” and effectively achieved transparency in court trial and enforcement work. As a pilot place for deepening reform on the system of procuratorial transparency，Sichuan procuratorates at all levels will fully popularize the unified business applications，achieve online operations regarding all the newly accepted cases and handling cases；officially open the People’s Procuratorate case information publicity network，improve online real-time inquiry，reporting，complaining and appealing platform；strengthen construction of platforms such as portals，official microblogging，wechat，etc.，accumulate and summarize rich experiences in pilot work of procuratorial transparency. Under the guidance of Provisions on Transparency of Law Enforcement by Public Security Organs，Sichuan public security authorities have established internet law-enforcement disclosure platform to disclose law-enforcement information and provide inquiry and self-services；strengthen the construction of website “Sichuan Public Security”，improve the functions of online information disclosure and supervision；fully explore the advantages of traditional medias and new medias，actively and steadily promote police work transparence. Sichuan judicial prisons have adhered to the concept of “Great Law Enforcement”，extended transparency in prisons to transparency to outside prisons，transparency in prisons to transparency to the public. Through the mechanism and platform of prison work transparency，justice and transparency of prison law-enforcement have been promoted and reflected and the transparency of prison work has been fully deepened.
