The Outline of Governing Sichuan in Line with Law Province establishes the basic position of legal education in the promotion of governing the Province by law and lists “Seven-in of Law” as important forms of legal education and includes it into the systematic project of governing the Province by law. During the promotion of “Seven-in of Law”，based on the actual circumstances of the Province，Sichuan stresses the important role of “law into temples” in the legal education；formulate the Three-year Action Program of “Seven-in of Law” in Sichuan Province（2014-2016），draw timetable and roadmap for “Seven-in of Law”，form sustainable legal education leadership mechanism and work mechanism；all regions and all departments of Sichuan Province have，based on actual circumstances of work，innovated work ideas and methods for “Seven-in of Law” and accumulated rich experiences of legal education.
