近年来,全国各地相继提出建设区域性金融中心的口号。随着各地产权市场的不断壮大,产权市场逐渐在建设区域性金融中心中扮演着重要的角色。全国各地通过产权市场建设区域性金融中心均取得了一定成效。相比较而言,四川在区域性金融中心的建设方面明显有政策弱化的倾向,产权市场如何推动西部金融中心建设的路径尚不明晰。本文通过分析当前四川省产权市场推动西部金融中心建设的法治现状,结合其他地区产权市场推动区域性金融中心建设的经验,试图发现四川省建设西部金融中心的法治困境,提出以产权市场为基石,同时纳入互联网金融的创新解决法治思路。
<<In recent years,slogans of building regional financial centers can be seen throughout China. With the continuous growth of property markets,property markets gradually play important roles in building regional financial centers. Many places in China have achieved some success in building regional financial centers through property market. Comparatively speaking,policies of Sichuan on building regional financial center tend to be weakening. It is still unclear how the property market will promote the building of western financial center. This Article analyzes the status quo of rule of law in the promotion by property market in Sichuan on the building of western financial center. Combined with experiences of other regions on promoting the building of regional financial centers through property market,the Article attempts to find out the plight of rule of law in Sichuan’s building of western financial center,and brings forth an innovative idea to solve the rule of law by take property market as the cornerstone and include internet finance.
