在全球化空气污染日趋严重、地球变暖、酸雨蔓延的大背景下，2014年的北京市空气质量依然有待改善。面对空气污染现状，北京市积极响应国家大气污染治理的方针政策，制定了一系列治理大气污染的严格的地方政策。本文通过分析国际大气污染治理发展趋势，解析国外大气污染治理的成功案例，总结北京现有的大气污染治理政策，提出北京大气污染治理政策在宏观区域层面、中观城市层面以及微观社区层面上的未来可改进建议。
<<In the Context of Global Serious Air Pollution，Global Warming，Acid Rain Spread Background，Beijing Air Quality in 2014 is Still Room for Improvement. Faced with the Status Quo of Air Pollution，Beijing Developed a Series of Strict Local Policy of Air Pollution Control to Positively Respond to the Principles and Policies of the Mational Air Pollution Control. The Development Trend of International Air Pollution Control is Analyzed in This Paper. Foreign Cases of Air Pollution Control Successfully are Parsed. Beijing Existing Air Pollution Control Policy is Summarized. At Last，Recommendations of Beijing Air Pollution Control Policy of Region，City and Community for Improvements in the Future are Put Forward.
