With the rapid development of the market economy and China’s urbanization process，the propagation velocity and removal of Construction Engineering in China are growing. The continuous expansion of construction waste not only affects the ecological environment of urban residents，but also brings a great threat to economic environment. Therefore，Studying on urban construction is an urgent task. In this paper，through the analysis on the data of construction waste，combining the current development situation of our country’s construction waste treatment，found that the main problems，such as weak awareness of environmental protection，lack of government support，the laws and regulations are not robust enough. On this basis，The Study points out countermeasures and suggestions which can not only promote the development of related industries，and also provide a scientific and systematic decision reference.
