2013年，上海城乡文化消费总量增长处于第24位，人均值增长处于第24位。上海城乡文化消费需求景气评价排行结果：在省域横向测评中，2013年景气指数处于第3位；在自身纵向测评中，1993～2013年景气指数处于第16位，1995～2013年景气指数处于第7位，2000～2013年景气指数处于第8位，2005～2013年景气指数处于第12位，2010～2013年景气指数处于第28位，2012～2013年景气指数处于第24位。
<<In 2013，Shanghai ranked the 24th in the increase of the total cultural consumption in urban and rural areas and the 24th in the growth of per capita value. The Rankings of the status evaluation are as follows：in the lateral evaluation among various provinces，Shanghai ranked the 3rd in 2013；in vertical evaluation itself，Shanghai ranked the 16th，7th，8th，12th，28th and 24th during the periods of 1993-2013，1995-2013，2000-2013，2005-2013，2010-2013 and 2012-2013 respectively.
