2013年，云南城镇文化消费总量增长处于第3位，人均值增长处于第3位。云南城镇文化消费需求景气评价排行结果：在省域横向测评中，2013年景气指数处于第2位；在自身纵向测评中，1993～2013年景气指数处于第23位，1995～2013年景气指数处于第19位，2000～2013年景气指数处于第22位，2005～2013年景气指数处于第9位，2010～2013年景气指数处于第3位，2012～2013年景气指数处于第5位。
<<In 2013，Yunnan ranked the 3rd in the increase of the total cultural consumption in city-towns and the 3rd in the growth of per capita value. The Rankings of the status evaluation are as follows：in the lateral evaluation among various provinces，Yunnan ranked the 2nd in 2013；in vertical evaluation itself，Yunnan ranked the 23rd，19th，22nd，9th，3rd and 5th during the periods of 1993-2013，1995-2013，2000-2013，2005-2013，2010-2013 and 2012-2013 respectively.
