2013年，黑龙江乡村文化消费总量增长处于第8位，人均值增长处于第9位。黑龙江乡村文化消费需求景气评价排行结果：在省域横向测评中，2013年景气指数处于第4位；在自身纵向测评中，1993～2013年景气指数处于第1位，1995～2013年景气指数处于第12位，2000～2013年景气指数处于第4位，2005～2013年景气指数处于第5位，2010～2013年景气指数处于第25位，2012～2013年景气指数处于第10位。
<<In 2013，Heilongjiang ranked the 8th in the increase of the total cultural consumption in rural areas and the 9th in the growth of per capita value. The Rankings of the status evaluation are as follows：in the lateral evaluation among various provinces，Heilongjiang ranked the 4th in 2013；in vertical evaluation itself，Heilongjiang ranked the 1st，12th，4th，5th，25th and 10th during the periods of 1993-2013，1995-2013，2000-2013，2005-2013，2010-2013 and 2012-2013 respectively.
