2013年，青海乡村文化消费总量增长处于第29位，人均值增长处于第29位。青海乡村文化消费需求景气评价排行结果：在省域横向测评中，2013年景气指数处于第10位；在自身纵向测评中，1993～2013年景气指数处于第2位，1995～2013年景气指数处于第2位，2000～2013年景气指数处于第2位，2005～2013年景气指数处于第1位，2010～2013年景气指数处于第20位，2012～2013年景气指数处于第30位。
<<In 2013，Qinghai ranked the 29th in the increase of the total cultural consumption in rural areas and the 29th in the growth of per capita value. The Rankings of the status evaluation are as follows：in the lateral evaluation among various provinces，Qinghai ranked the 10th in 2013；in vertical evaluation itself，Qinghai ranked the 2nd，2nd，2nd，1st，20th and 30th during the periods of 1993-2013，1995-2013，2000-2013，2005-2013，2010-2013 and 2012-2013 respectively.
