in recent years，insisting on combing construction of new rural areas with promotion of urbanization development in a balanced way，Henan Province has been actively seeking the development pattern that fits its new rural construction by focusing on construction of new rural communities. In this paper，on the basis of field survey，analyzes and studies the current situation and achievement of and serious problems existing in construction of new rural communities in Henan，summarizes the inspiration in the construction and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions based on the inspiration.
