公共服务是涉及民生的重要议题。在“十二五”规划的总体布局和要求下,浦东新区始终将公共服务事业的发展作为改善民生、为百姓谋取福祉的重要一环。在服务规模和服务水平取得重大提升的同时,公共服务人才配置不均衡的问题也逐步凸显。新区公共服务事业的发展现状如何,人才数量、结构和配置有哪些特点,人才配置不均衡问题的原因和解决途径在哪里,未来将出现怎样的趋势,本文将通过对现状的研究和分析,对这些问题做出一个初步的回答。
<<Public service is an important issue related to people’s livelihood. As the overall layout and the requirements in the “Twelfth Five Year” planning,it is always an important part to represent the interests of the people,develop public service and improve people’s livelihood in Pudong New Area. When we make significant promotion time in the scale of services and service level,the problem of the unbalanced distribution of public service personnel have emerged gradually at the same. This paper will research and Analysis on the current situation that the developing of public service career,personnel quantity,the characteristics of its structure and configuration,the causes of talent configuration and where is the solution,the tendency of future,try to make a preliminary answer to these questions.
